Biography
Vitaliy Manskiy, who grew up in Lviv, studied at the Gerasimov Institute of Cinematography in Moscow. Following the annexation of Crimea, he moved from Russia to Riga in 2014. His works have been shown at more than 500 festivals and have received over 100 awards.
