Kangiqsualujjuaq is the name of a hamlet in North Quebec that is home to barely 1000 people. Here, there is wilderness for Caribou hunting and endless sea for fishing. Young Kathy has grown up with this place. She lives in and for the community. Biography
Marie Zrenner studied sculpture in Munich and Brussels before pursuing documentary film directing at HFF Munich in 2017. Her work, including documentary and fictional films, explores themes such as belonging, solidarity and mental health.
