Nevena Semova

Nevena Semova is an emerging film-maker from Bulgaria with a Master’s Degree in Film Production from the Erasmus Mundus Program Kinoeyes. Her last short film “1000” had its world premiere at the Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival in November 2023, while her previous projects have been presented at festivals like Clermont-Ferrand, FEST, WildDogs, In the Palace and U?ak Film Festival. Upon graduating her Masters in 2022, Nevena established her production company Attic Films in Bulgaria and became a partner at the Estonian Fat Cat Film. For her work, Nevena received the Baltic Producers MEDIA award 2022, the Young Producer award at the Golden Femi Film Festival 2023 and was selected to take part in the New Producer's Room during the Cannes Film Festival 2023.
