Dirk van den Berg

Dirk is an international director, writer and producer. Together with his French "partner-in-crime" Pascal Verroust he directed and produced DOOMSDAY CLOCK (arte/RBB) in 2023 about the "Bulletin Of The Atomic Scientists" founded by Einstein and Oppenheimer and the greatest threats to humanity. Before that, the duo made BIG BANG OF THE PRESENT in 1979 about the year of the beginning of our era, and THE SIEGE OF MECCA about the origins of religious Islamist terrorism.
