ONLY ON EARTH
Dänermark, Spanien 2024 – Director: Robin Petré – Original language: Spanish – Subtitles: English – Length: 92 min.
“The future? It will only get worse. It’s tied to climate change of course.” Galicia is home to the biggest – albeit declining – wild horse population in Europe. An integral part of a fragile system, these animals play a role in the prevention of wild fires. A gentle observation of supposed normality superimposed with a threat that is becoming ever more present. Veronica Loebner
