Antonia Rahofer
Adviser and Deputy Head of the Film Department of Division IV – Arts and Culture at BMKOES
Studied Comparative Literature and Cultural Studies at the Universities of Innsbruck, Vienna and Aix-Marseille II from 2003 to 2008. Has since held numerous positions as Academic Staff and Lecturer in the field of Cultural Studies and Art History (University of Innsbruck, University of Art and Design Linz, University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria, Academy of Fine Arts Vienna, etc.). Between 2010 and 2020 she worked as Cultural Manager and Project Coordinator, Managing Editor and Programmer in the film and arts sector (documenta 14, Diagonale, steirischer herbst, etc.). Currently, she is Adviser and Deputy Head of the Film Department of Division IV – Arts and Culture at the Austrian Federal Ministry for Arts, Culture, Civil Service and Sport (BMKOES).
Max Permantier
Funding officer, FilmFernsehFonds Bayern
Max Permantier grew up in Luxembourg and studied “Creative Producing” at the renowned ifs International Filmschool in Cologne. He then worked throughout Germany as a creative producer, screenwriter and production manager for various film and television productions. His portfolio includes feature films, series and transmedia projects. Since 2022, he has been a funding officer at FilmFernsehFonds Bayern, specializing in extended reality (XR, VR, AR, MR, and 3D sound), virtual reality (360° features) and web series.
Katharina Schulz
Consultant at the Bayerischen Landeszentrale für neue Medien (BLM)
Katharina Schulz is a consultant at the Bayerischen Landeszentrale für neue Medien (BLM) in the area of content, promotion & media competence and a foundation consultant for the Stiftung Medienpädagogik Bayern, which was founded by the BLM. She studied Modern German Literature at the LMU Munich and completed the supplementary course „Theater-, Film- und Fernsehkritik“ at the August Everding Theatre Academy in cooperation with the University of Television and Film Munich (HFF). She is currently a film consultant at the BLM.
Clarens Grollmann
Producer and technical director
Based in Munich, Germany, Clarens is a producer and technical director known for his extensive work in the film and games industry. At ARRI Media GmbH, he pioneered VR/AR and developed groundbreaking applications. Currently, Grollmann leads innovative projects in VR/AR and gamification at K5 Factory GmbH, using his expertise to create immersive experiences. His work as a producer at enigma film GmbH showcases his skills in film production, where he has contributed to notable works in the MENA region and beyond. Grollmann’s unique blend of creative vision and technical understanding allows him to navigate both the traditional and digital media landscape.

Sebastian Sorg is a creative project developer for film and innovative media who is based in Munich, Germany. After creating and managing DOK.forum at DOK.fest Munich, he focussed on project development, financing strategies and funding.
