Freelance filmmaker and cultural educator based in Munich

After studying visual communication and German language and literature in Hamburg and a three-year stay abroad with acting studies and voluntary service in Mexico, he studied feature film directing at the University of Television and Film Munich and, as a DAAD scholarship holder, at the Centro de Capacitación Cinematográfica in Mexico City, specializing in documentary film. His films explore spaces, social structures and the basic experiences of human existence.

As a cultural educator, he builds on his work with children and young people in community service.
