Janina Rohleder

Head of Audience Development

Janina Rohleder studied comparative literature and theater studies in Munich and Paris. She has been active in various cultural projects since 2022. She interned at the Volkstheater München and worked at various theater festivals such as Think Big, Rodeo and Rampenlichter. She has also been part of the Bavarian School Cinema Week team several times.

In May 2022, Janina worked for the first time at DOK.fest München in the area of cinema support. After working twice as cinema support manager in the following years, she held the position of Head of Audience Development in 2025.
